Where I come from, being part of the ‘Levitt Family’, gave me a sense of pride and responsibility of not just doing a job, but doing it right. That mentality, I learned from my dad and his hardworking reputation. We held ourselves to a higher standard when it came to construction, building, and developing structures. I learned most of my fundamental understandings from my dad. He taught me the importance of effectively executing a project plan.
With that passion and determined accomplishment I felt with every structure I successfully completed, I felt the need to keep challenging myself and sharpen my masonry skills.
I have a construction background where I’ve been able to perfect my craft for the past 20 years. Along with the last 16 years, I’ve been proudly serving in the Military, as well as being an Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran.
My high school sweetheart, and now wife, Kristine and I have made Washington our home for the past 5 years and counting. We are blessed with two beautiful and rambunctious children.
Having a family of my own has strengthened my outlook on safety measures. The attention to detail that I ironically learned from my own children is, if there is a potential hazard of getting injured, they probably will. I’ve been able to directly apply this logic to home inspections.
What it really comes down to is, as a Professional Home Inspector, I’m investing in Your Investment. It’s simple, the job is not complete until the client and myself have 100%% satisfaction.
